  • • Building knowledge markets aims to create job opportunities within a non-traditional framework, where the nature of jobs, work, and investment opportunities differs in terms of knowledge and skills, and intellectual property assets are turned into goods and services with economic value in a way that contributes to diversifying investment and job opportunities and promoting gross domestic product.   • • Towards enhancing the perspectives of Arab Gulf states in transitioning to the knowledge economy and achieving economic, research, and service integration. Encouraging the private sector to lead the localization of joint industries and providing high-tech services in Gulf markets. Reviewing the role of patent agencies in enhancing the competitiveness of small, medium and micro-sized projects, in addition to presenting Kuwait's experience and its role in promoting the importance of knowledge markets (the knowledge index).
